The double room is well-organized with climate control, pay television, and a laptop-size safe. The location is great, right by Al Balad and the airport. The hotel is conveniently located close to Nasseef House Museum.

Having breakfast with jam, eggs, and cheese was a nice bonus. The staff were helpful and affable, and the free parking was available. The location was good and excellent, for example, Nasseef House Museum was not very far from the hotel. Plus, it was short walk to the main market and Jeddah and Al Balad.

Lastly, the rooms were spacious, clean, and had new amenities, including a very large bed with good linen. I also appreciated the attention to detail and the delicious breakfast served.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Jeddah. The facility was well-maintained and spotlessly clean. The staff were extremely cooperative and provided exceptional customer service. They even allowed me to have a late check-out, which was greatly appreciated. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the main market. The room was comfortable and had everything in working order. The high-speed wifi was a bonus.
